What does "Out of submission" status mean and how do I fix it?

If you’re using a free subscription plan

We provide up to 33 automatic submissions to every agency per month to every user for free. If you’ve noticed the “Out of submissions” status then you’ve used up all of them in the current month.

There are a few way to resolve this issue:

  1. Wait for the next month when you will have 33 more free automatic submissions. A month is 30 days since the first submission to an agency.
  2. Purchase a paid subscription. You can find subscription plans information or purchase one by clicking your account balance in the top right corner on any M+ page.
  3. Submit to Shutterstock, Alamy, Bigstock and iStock — we do not limit automatic submissions to these agencies.
  4. Submit your files manually on the agency website. Please don’t forget to mark them as submitted for this agency in the M+ interface! To do so, please select an image (or multiple), open the Submit tab to the right from the directory tree, select the agency you’ve submitted files to, click on the current status and select “Submitted”.

If you’re using a paid subscription plan

You’ve used up all your automatic submissions in the current month that your plan allows. You can see the detailed information about your current subscription consumption by clicking on your account balance in the top right corner on any M+ page.

There are a few way to resolve this issue:

  1. Wait for the end of the current subscription month. If you have enough money on your account balance the system will automatically prolong your subscription and your submissions consumption will be reset.
  2. Purchase more submissions without changing your plan (to do so, please click on your account balance in the top right corner of any M+ page and then click the “Increase limit” button.
  3. Switch to a more expensive plan. If you do so, the system will charge your account balance for the price difference between the plans and your submission limit will be increased to the new plan limit for the rest of the current subscription month. Please note that if you don’t switch back after that the system will keep prolonging the new plan every month.
  4. Purchase a 1-month package on a more expensive plan. In this case you will immediately get a full month of subscription on the new plan. It will replace the current subscription.
  5. Submit to Shutterstock, Alamy, Bigstock and iStock — we do not limit automatic submissions to these agencies.
  6. Submit your files manually on the agency website. Please don’t forget to mark them as submitted for this agency in the M+ interface! To do so, please select an image (or multiple), open the Submit tab to the right from the directory tree, select the agency you’ve submitted files to, click on the current status and select “Submitted”.
